We’ve been incredibly busy at our media center!
- Last week we celebrated our annual Night at the Library. More than 30 kids and their families met me at the Athens-Clarke County Library for a tour. Read about it here.
- Mr. Keith Karnok, the reading magician, met with our K-3. We had the best time!
- We have an author visit with C. Alexander London scheduled for September 30 for our 3-5th grade. We want to raise money to buy books for every classroom. You can donate here.
- We’ve been focusing on learning to use the library. Our students have been making videos using flipgrid demonstrating how to find books. Hooray for lifelong library users!
- Reading Logs are due September 22. Don’t forget to track your reading! Way to go, Reading Rock Stars!
